Welcome to the One Stop-Service Center (OSSC)!


One Stop-Service Center (OSSC) is one of the government's initiative aimed at bringing effectiveness, efficiency,
transparency and accountability in governance. The need to provide timely, effective and efficient government services to the citizens to enhance and encourage their participation in governance has been one of the main key programmes of this administration.
The forum to give form and content to the realization of the programme is the provision of One Stop-Service Center which caters for and provides satisfaction to the citizens varied needs at one place. The establishment of One Stop-Service center by government is the fulfillment of this need.

The One Stop-Service Center is a center that provides integrated services and information from government to people, as part of a comprehensive strategy to ease stress and strain of accessing public and social services to better their lives. Following the adoption of the e-government initiative and the government's goal of providing access to government services to all with ease and speed, a strategy which seeks to establish one-stop center was conceived.

The OSSC platform is a government initiative to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in government services delivery. It is also a measure that the government is adopting to secure the country's limited resources.

LOCATION:  
               The OSSC is currently located inside the Ghana Post Office building at the Kwame                                      Nkrumah Circle branch.
  
The Greater Accra Region OSSC has been established as a pilot project and it is the intention of government to set up regional OSSCs after a successful pilot implementation period.
